Aleijuan King and DeeArah Wright of LOVESPACEMUSIC invite you to celebrate rhythm and music with your whole self. By tapping into the spirit of celebration, syncopation, and improvisation in African Diasporan movement, participants are encouraged to move and live ecstatically. The workshop focuses on building core strength, awakening body and spatial awareness, exploring freestyle movement, connecting with others, and learning LOVESPACEMUSIC choreography. The choreography presented is a fusion of afro-modern, house, jazz, and urban street styles.

is a Brooklyn-based dance and theatre collective devoted to honoring the spirit of celebration, community, improvisation, and ecstasy in African Diasporan movement.
